New Build Sand Scorcher
Bought this from the original owner almost 10 years ago. He said he only test ran it in the house. I believe him. There is not a scratch on the chassis. I have been collecting parts for it since. Body is painted red, and is not finished. All parts needed to finish assembly of body is included. Parts on it are screwed on, so can be taken off to repaint to the blue and white scheme. Rubber tires on car has slight crack due to sitting on shelf. Included in auction is a set of 4 brand new original tires in box. See link to pictures on tires.

Driver figure is painted, but I would repaint it.
Mirrors and VW emblem are all there along with all the other parts to finish the car.. Mirrors still very shinny.
No scratch on bottom of chassis.
Perfect condition older rare black bumper.
This is the older version of Sand Scorcher that use screws to hold the torsion springs instead of molded one piece uprights.
Stinger exhause has a crack on one of the mounting flange. Can be easily glued back on with super glue. Note that the original old style screws for the exhaust clamp is slotted screws. The clamp and screw on top came from a replacement bag of Sand Scorcher part from latter year. Top screw is phillips. Is so much easier to turn a phillips screw than a slotted screw.
